Down By The Creek
Today was a pretty typical end-of-summer day. Really cold in the morning then getting progressively hotter. I went for a bike ride after work and rode along a new route. It led me down past the local creek and past a couple of horses. Tomorrow I am driving down to Melbourne with my Mum and sister to try and find something for my sister to wear to my deb. There is only one week to go till the deb! It is all very exciting. I pick my beautiful dress up on Wednesday and got the gloves today. I need to buy some jewelery tomorrow as well. I think I will be making a list.

Washing Line
I had to hang out the washing for mum this afternoon and it was boring so I, shock, horror, decided to take some pictures of it. I looked really silly in most of the photos though: I'm not exactly wearing anything good. Meh. I was trying to get my dog to come into some of them but she just sat there. Impressive tongue my dog has here.
This wasn't all I did today though. I was able to drag myself away from the thrilling task of hanging out the washing to go to deb practice. The deb ladies get mad at you if you have a camera at the practices so I wasn't able to take any pictures. Still looking for a pattern I can crochet into a little bag, preferably with a clasp. No such luck. I have found nothing.

Crafts Shopping
Today my mum and I went over to Spotlight in the next town. It is a really daggy Spotlight which is absolutely always messy but is has enough little bits and pieces to make me look over that. I bought some wool and a new crochet needle. I am making a little clutch purse to take to my deb. Hopefully it will turn out okay. I love the girl with the red jumper's hair. It is awesome.

White As A Ghost
Mary-Kate Olsen sure has changed a lot. The first picture is from February last year (I think...) and the second one was taken fairly recently. So vague and I'm sorry. She looks so pale! Lack of sunlight? Or maybe she just saw Twilight and fell in love with Robert Patterson. I think I like the old MK best, but the red lips are cool.

Horses and Sunsets
So I don't usually put pictures of myself on here but I did anyway. This outfit looked so much better in real life than it does in a photo. Oh well, this was the day Mum and I drove to Yarragon. They have the most beautiful little craft shops and clothing stores and antiques everywhere. I can't actually buy any of the antiques because I have no where to put them but I love their smell and just wandering around looking at all of them. They have the best scones with jam and cream here too. Don't order two though. One is more than enough.
This horse was awesome. I stopped to take some photos of the sunset while on a bike ride and it just wandered over to me and let me pat it! Usually the horses round here move away but this one didn't. I have no idea whose horse it is though...
Right now I am listening to Porta Portese by Claudio Baglioni. We had to translate it for LOTE. Poor Guy.

Swimming Carnival
It was the school swimming carnival last week and I am only writing this now because I am so lazy about uploading photos. From my old camera it was really easy but from my sister's camera it takes forever. Back to topic: I only swam once and it was in a novelty event. I am not a big fan of competitive swimming. Fun to watch, not much fun to do. Sorry for the terrible photos.

Seth/ Adam/ Chrismakkuha rocks.
OK, so I was watching The OC today after school. You will get over it. Usually shows about snobby rich kids spending money on pointless things they never end up actually using, annoy me. But honestly, who can resist the quirky and dorky charm of Seth Cohen (a.k.a Adam Brody). The inventor extraordinaire of Chrismakkuha is awesome. Gush. Must stop.

Me Laugh At Strange People
We had this really big and important mass at school today, and not to put down masses, but this one was exceptionally funny but still not as funny as last year's. This year there were a whole lot of people running around and dancing with flags to a really strong beat on a drum and half the choir fell off their chairs. Priceless. Last year's commissioning mass really topped them all though.
Everyone was peacefully zoned out (just how all the teachers like it, they don't actually care whether you listen or not) when the replacement Priest said that we all look at too much porn. That got everyone's attention. Naturally, he has not been back.
Anyone recognise the girl in green from Bones? High School Musical yes? I want the new episodes of Bones now. The thrid season comes out on DVD tomorrow. Yes! 'Fist pumping air'.
